This was the first time I tried this place. Went here on a Friday around 2 pm. We were the only peoplet there, so naturally it was quite. It has a nice ambiance with Hindi music playing in the speakers above, at a perfect volume, the key being it wasnt too loud! I got pav bhaji, which was delicious! It truly did taste like the one I used to have in India from the lari! The paneer chilli gravy was also equally delicious! The food portions were decent, and filling. The glass water bottle thats left on all the tables is filled with warm water, there are also cutlery and a large roll of paper towel.

Loved the food. We went here as an experiment, unsure what to expect with the name change and all.. The Vadapav was good. Had a good Dal Tadka after a really long time! Paneer Lababdar was also good, not too sweet.. Tried Indochinese as well, swezwan rice was also good... In short exceeded my expectations on taste.. The cost per person was slightly high, $90 for 3 plus tip. The quantity of dal tadka was a bit less. Other than that, all good..

Food tasted really good and service was quick. One improvement could be getting the temperature of curd to normal before adding it to chat. Otherwise it becomes too cold.

The food was tasty and the place is pretty big with decor I really liked. They serve a dinner buffet for around $24, which I enjoyed good variety and a nice way to try different dishes. Tables and bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but not a deal breaker. I’d say it’s comparable to Madras Chettinad in many ways. Worth checking out if you’re in the area and craving Indian food

Nice little place with some good decor. Given the small size of the place feels a little cramped for space . As for food, it is pretty good and large volumes. We pretty much had to portions of everything home. While service was good, they were certainly short on staff. Was disappointing to see a mandatory service charge for a table of 4 or above but would have been OK if they had the staff augmented for that. Rooting for their success, given the good taste and variety of food. Try the spicy guava drink

We ordered the Vegetarian Thali which includes rice chole, panner gravy , veg yellow daal, papad, onions , pickle , desert gulab jamun and bread roti , Chole Bhature with onions, and Papdi Chaat—everything was absolutely delicious! The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The Papdi Chaat is a must-try! The owner was very welcoming and made sure we had a great experience. Highly recommend this place for authentic and tasty food!

Went here for dinner last night! The inside is decorated beautifully and you would have never guessed that by looking at the exterior. When we got to the restaurant, we were the only ones there so I would say my one recommendation to enhance the atmosphere would be to maybe play some music. It felt quite awkward until people started coming in and it got a bit louder inside. The food was delicious, but the portions were smaller than I had expected. Their menu is fully vegetarian. I got the Pav Bhaji and ended up ordering an extra Pav to finish the Bhaji, but it wasn’t too expensive. That dish as a whole is pretty inexpensive, so the portion makes sense. The restaurant is designed so that you order before you take a seat. Something I didn’t like is that we were told where to sit and I would have preferred to choose our seat. We were sat right next to the register and it felt a bit claustrophobic and again, a bit awkward as I felt that everyone could hear our conversations. When another family came in, they were told to sit at the table right next to us, but they asked if they could sit elsewhere because they felt as if they would have been too close to us since we were the only two tables in the restaurant (I really appreciated this!). All and all it was a pretty good experience and the food was good!

Excellent Indian food. We just ordered simple dishes: chicken 65, onion samosa, butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, mutton dum biryani, and garlic naan. Surprisingly tasty, we tasted different layers of flavors from each dish. Very friendly service. A nice place to sit down and have some yummy Indian food.
